We pride ourselves on delivering a product of amazing quality and complaints are extremely rare. However, in the unlikely event you are not happy with your SoccerStarz figure, please contact shop@soccerstarz.com. Please ensure you include images of your faulty product to allow us to assess the damage.

Unfortunately, we do not hold licenses for every club and others we have not held a license for in recent seasons.

The rarest SoccerStarz figure is Oscar Tabarez, the manager of the Uruguay National Team.

Sometimes due to delivery your SoccerStarz may bend slightly. To solve this, place the figure in a bowl of hot water for approximately 5 minutes. Once done, gently push the figure back into place and leave to set. If this doesn't work please get in contact with the SoccerStarz team.

A clear sachet is a SoccerStarz that doesn't come in it's regular Blister packaging. It will come in a clear sachet bag.
